About Me

My artist handle is LukusV, or Lukus Vindego, but you can call me pretty much whatever you want. I'm an illustrator and game designer that's passionate about conveying stories through my work. I've been a visual artist since about as long as I can remember. I've tried a lot of mediums, and I'd love to try more, but the one that has really stuck with me is pen/pencil on paper. I've been fascinated with concept art for as long as I've known about it as well. There is something endlessly intriguing about the aspects of a world and the characters in it being charted out, scrapped, and made into something new. Those shreds left behind from the creative process are, to me, just as valuable as the end product itself.
I've been a game designer for a similar stretch of time. I would really enjoy playing both tabletop and video games as a child, and soon I would come up with games of my own. I would use pen and paper to draw board games, sometimes even get someone to play them, and come up with worlds in my mind and find ways to make them more real. Much more recently, I had the pleasure of acting as game designer for the VR game Legends of Meridian. I learned so much about the systems used to create the game, the channels used by developers to communicate, quest design, writing, and so much more.
There is a lot more I have to say, both about the topics above and all sorts of other things, but I think I'll try to keep those in the blog section of this site. I'd like to thank you, the reader, for taking the time to visit my website and read this page. I hope you have a good day!
